Before Mike retired, his primary focus was employment law. Although he litigated employment law disputes, most of his practice involved counseling individuals and companies about their rights and responsibilities; especially in the areas of termination and discrimination. He represented employers all along the West Coast and as far away as Mississippi. Mike also did general business work.
