Lynn is experienced in the formation and organizational aspects of business entities, including profit and nonprofit corporations, limited liability companies, and partnerships. She acts as corporate Secretary of RSC Corporation, a company formed by Ryan, Swanson & Cleveland, PLLC to act as registered agent for companies represented by our attorneys.  Lynn supervises the preparation of annual meeting documents, renewals and minute book management for over 600 business entities. She also assists in drafting the appropriate documentation for and coordinating the statutory filings for mergers, acquisitions, dissolutions, reinstatements and restructures of business organizations.

  • Member of the Tacoma Orthopedic Guild, an organization of volunteers whose sole purpose is to further the interests of and aid in the support of Mary Bridge's Children's Hospital & Health Center.
