Kevin A. Bay Member Kevin has a diverse litigation practice, representing public and privately held companies in commercial contract claims, real estate disputes, contested partnership and joint venture dissolutions and bankruptcy litigation matters. His bankruptcy experience gives his clients a unique perspective in situations involving an insolvent or potentially insolvent opponent. Kevin tries cases in state and federal courts and has argued before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Background
 
Kevin (born in Winlock, Washington) worked for Ryan, Swanson & Cleveland during law school and then joined the firm full time after graduation. Kevin served on the firm’s Executive Committee beginning in 2001 and was elected to two terms as Managing Partner from 2003-2009. In his free time, Kevin is an avid tennis player and enjoys other activities with his family.
