Susan Rae FoxMember Susan has a busy and varied litigation practice. About half of her practice involves employment law. This work includes reviewing employment policies and manuals, as well as defending employers against charges of discrimination, wrongful termination, failure to pay for overtime and other employment-related wrongdoing.

Bryan C. GraffAssociate Bryan is a member of our Litigation Practice Group. He has represented clients in connection with a variety of matters, including several complex insurance coverage disputes, products liability litigation and contract actions. Bryan joined Ryan, Swanson & Cleveland in 2006, relocating from Atlanta, Georgia, where his practice focused primarily on insurance coverage litigation.

James E. HadleyMember Jay is a veteran business lawyer. His practice involves business planning for a wide variety of clients, including companies with offices in Europe and Asia. He frequently represents clients in complex business transactions and serves as advisor to high net worth individuals on acquisitions and other business investments. Jay has particular experience in contract drafting and interpretation issues, including preparing complex purchase and sale agreements, financial and legal due diligence analysis, and business strategies development. He has been lead attorney for transactions in internet, technology, telephone, manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, automobile dealership and other business sectors. Jay is also experienced in development matters, including construction contracts for Multiuser Facilities, apartment buildings, hotels, warehouse and office park facilities, highrise buildings and even the original Washington State Convention and Trade Center.
