Colleen works on most of the major real estate transactions handled by Ryan Swanson lawyers. Among other things, she examines title, reviews legal descriptions and surveys, coordinates purchase and sale, loan and other real estate-related transactions and drafts the appropriate documentation for such transactions. She has extensive contact with clients, title companies, lenders, developers and surveyors.
Representative Experience

One of the largest transactions Colleen worked on involved the sale of a Seattle-area shopping center. The firm’s client, a bank, repossessed the Center, then rehabilitated and sold it. The sales were in parcels and to different parties, which complicated the transaction. The extensive title research work Colleen did on the project played an important role in achieving the client’s objectives.
